What we collect

• When you order or book: your name, email, and delivery address if you choose post.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
• We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog (hosted in the US). Neither uses cookies or stores anything on your device. They see which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and steps like booking a spot, but never your name, email or address, and they can't follow you across days or to other sites.
